New semi-detached urban construction, with traditional reinforced concrete construction system, but with rectified brick infill with high insulation performance.
The Energy Savings consultancy was instrumental in installing a high-efficiency natural gas condensing boiler (given the availability of the grid) to power the radiant system on the three floors of the building; on the large south pitch of the roof, both photovoltaic panels and solar thermal panels were then integrated, ensuring excellent energy sustainability for the two dwellings.

A new single-family house made of Xlam wood: dry construction without cement, high insulation thicknesses, and natural and recyclable material. The goal was to ensure complete sustainability and energy efficiency to power the radiant floor system. Thanks to Energy Saving's consultancy, an underfloor radiant system powered by a heat pump was built, allowing for a “gas-free” house (the cooktop is induction). The large extension of the roof made it possible to accommodate photovoltaic and solar thermal panels in an integrated manner, guaranteeing an energy class A+ (the highest level at the time of construction - 2014).

È an underfloor radiant system powered by a heat pump was implemented, getting rid of LPG that had very high costs (and poor efficiency). Photovoltaic and solar thermal panels were installed integrated with the tile roofs, ensuring sustainability and energy efficiency.

Expansion of a stone farmhouse with new rooms that needed modern and efficient systems. Thanks to Energy Savings consulting, the house was equipped with a new pellet boiler (with storage tank) to power both the low-temperature radiant system in the new spaces and the traditional radiator system in the part of the farmhouse not affected by the expansion.
